Where are the lessons held?
All lessons are online via Zoom or Google Meet. The link will be provided by Valentina via email after your trial lesson.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the lesson. After 24 hours, the lesson will be counted as taken. Cancellations must be communicated by email with a valid reason. Valentina is flexible, but repeated last-minute cancellations may require adjustments.
How can I make the payment?
Payments can be made via PayPal, credit card, or other agreed methods.
How often are the lessons?
Lesson frequency is flexible and depends on the student. Typically, lessons are scheduled once or twice a week, but you can arrange them more frequently if desired.
What time zone do you follow?
Lessons follow Rome time (CET/CEST).
Will I receive study materials?
Yes! You will receive custom PDF materials prepared by Valentina, including grammar exercises, reading or listening articles, and a glossary of vocabulary.
